Delivery

All our deliveries are plastic-free. It is all packed directly into a weatherproof, kraft paper mailing bag.

It is then shipped through Royal Mail with the guidance of delivery times below, depending on where you are in the world.

UK 1 to 3 days

Europe 3 to 5 days

Rest of World 7 to 10 days

All our products are made to order, we ask that you allow for up to working 7 days for this to be created. You can check you order status under ‘my account’ this will indicate if it’s still in the process of being made, or if it’s shipped and on its way.

Waited until your estimated delivery date? Please allow an extra few days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times) – our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you.

If your order doesn’t arrive, please let us know within 14 days of the date which your order should have been delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.

Sadly at the moment, we are unable to send our orders to a BFPO address, however, this is something we are looking to change in the future,

We try to minimise the size of the delivery, so if you have ordered a t-shirt, this should fit nicely in through your letterbox.

For the larger orders, royal mail should leave a calling card confirming that they’ve either left it with a neighbour, left it in a safe place, when they will try to re-deliver or give you details on how to collect it.

During check out, you can choose where you would like the delivery to be sent, however, for your security we aren’t able to change the address your order is being sent to. Don’t worry – if you’re not in when a delivery is attempted our carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.

Returns & Refunds

Each product is printed to order and lovingly made for you, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If there is a fault, and, whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply contact us with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Issues

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straight away.

If one of the items you received is faulty, please get in contact with photos and description of what’s wrong. We can then look to get a refund or a replacement out to you right away.

With all our orders made just for you, some times this means they get shipped separately so please keep an eye on your emails to see if this has been split. Don’t worry though we won’t charge you for the extra delivery. We just want to get your items out with as little delay to you as possible.

Product & Stock

We never want to send you something that doesn’t fit properly so we have size guides available on most of our product pages to help you find the perfect fit, first time!

One of the beauties of making items to order means there is never an issue on the stock of a particular line, so you will never see an out of stock message on our website.

We do however review all our range from time to time, so might find that something you once loved is no longer there.

If you’re searching for a product you’ll need to use the search bar at the top of the page.

When working with partners we will always label their work so that you can easily search using just their name.

Please note that Sifer focuses on the music industry, so even though we are happy to work with lots of brands, the one request we have is a link to the music industry.

Payment & Promos

Placing an order couldn’t be easier, simply follow these steps.

1. Click Add to bag to place the item you want to buy in your bag.

2. Once you have finished shopping, click on the bag icon to view the items in your bag and to pay. You can find this in the top right hand side of the screen. If you’re happy with the items in your bag, click Checkout.

3. Enter your email address and password or if you’re a new customer, register now. You will then be taken to the Confirm and Pay page.

4. Review and confirm the items in your order.

5. If you have a promo code or voucher to spend, you’ll need to enter this under the Vouchers tab.

6. Confirm your delivery address and delivery method.

7. Confirm your payment method and Place Order.

An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address to let you know your order details. It’s worth checking Sifer is marked as a safe sender in your email account or check your junk mail as our emails may be routed there automatically.

As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference.

Usually, there will be an error message that comes up with any rejected coupon. Please send this along with any information on your coupon over to us and we will have a look into whats going on.

Our customers’ security is really important to us and we’re committed to ensuring we keep our customers safe.

To help keep all your payment details safe we only use two platforms for payments, PayPal and Stripe. We do not save or store any of your payment details directly on our website.

In the unlikely event of unauthorised use of your card or payment method, you must report the transaction to your payment provider. We also recommend that you contact us – just get in touch with our Customer Care Team.

To pay with PayPal, we recommend you to set up a PayPal account on the PayPal website. It only takes minutes to open a PayPal account and it’s free.

As soon as your PayPal account is set up, head on over to our checkout, it will appear as a payment option at the checkout.

Why pay with PayPal?

  • It’s safer: shop at thousands of websites without sharing your financial details.
  • It’s faster: with no need to type in your card details, you can check out in a few clicks.
  • It’s easier: all you need is an email address and password to pay online.

If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we’ll email to let you know your bank or card issuer wouldn’t authorise the payment.

Please remember that even if a payment isn’t authorised, it may look like Sifer has still taken the money as some card issuers may still reserve the money, for a short period of time.
